This rental application supplement accompanies the regular application. A deposit of $ 250 and an application fee is separate charge of $25 ( required). The application will be processed when all applications for the apartment have been received (usually within three business days).
All advance deposits lock in 30 days prior to the move in date.
If the applicant wishes to cancel. He must cancel prior to the 30 day lock in period. Full deposit will be returned less the $25.00 application fee as specified in the application. Applicants canceling after 30 days of deposit will forfeit deposit. Applicant may accept or reject any apartment that we have available. When we have written notice on an apartment becoming available, we will immediately notify applicants and give them available choices. Apartments are rented on a "first-come" basis. Once the apartment has been agreed upon, the lease must be signed and the full deposit paid. The security deposit is equal to 1 months rent. This usually happens about thirty days prior to occupancy.
Rent becomes due and payable upon move in or at lease signing.
The owner reserves the right to refund Security Deposit if no satisfactory apartment can be found for applicant.
